My senior capstone design project was to optimize and build the Michigan State University's Spartan Marching Band Equipment Trailer. My design team and I researched, contextualized, analyzed and built an organization system to securely transport 300+ instruments and auxiliary equipment needed for performances on the road. The video below is the recorded instructional material describing the process of packing the full truck.

The objective of the Product Development class I took at Michigan State University during the spring semester of 2018 was to design, manufacture and program a metal powder 3D printer base and leveling system. My team created a device that layered sand (in place of metal powder) automatically to a thickness of 1 mm. I led the programming portion of the project which on a MyRIO board using LabView software, as required by the project specification. Below is a short video showing the final assembly leveling sand.

During the spring semester of my junior year, I took the interdepartmental Biomechanical Design Course. The course was taught in collaboration by Mechanical Engineering Professor Tamara Bush and Marketing Professor Hang Nguyen. This class led students through a semester-long design innovation tournament to create and analyze the potential market for biomechanical devices. My team developed an ankle rehabilitation device and placed 2nd in the Innovation Tournament . We created the following video as a small advertisement to describe our product.
